This role supports a potential contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform annual preventive maintenance and water treatment tasks aligned to OEM requirements and applicable standards for boilers, chillers, cooling tower, chemical feed systems, heat exchangers, water softeners, and reverse osmosis systems.
  • Support water treatment program activities such as closed-loop sampling/testing, chemical dosing verification, and monitoring/log maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation: PM/service reports, test results, combustion/calibration logs (as applicable), water quality logs, and supporting attachments (SDS and OEM cut sheets when applicable).
  • When on call, provide initial response (phone/video consultation or remote assessment) within required timeframes; if an on-site response is necessary, report within required dispatch windows.

  • Work performed in boiler plant/mechanical rooms and utility spaces; exposure to noise, heat, and moving mechanical components.
  • May require lifting, carrying, climbing, kneeling, and working in tight spaces; PPE required for many tasks.
