WHAT THE ROLE DELIVERS
In this hands-on Process Operator role, you will play a critical part in keeping manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and at high quality. You will directly contribute to consistent product output by monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment performance. Your work will help drive a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement across the plant. WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Monitor, inspect, and adjust process equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations and product quality
  • Operate blending, reaction, extrusion, and additive processes in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Perform routine sampling and quality checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process upsets or quality issues in collaboration with engineering
  • Communicate equipment or process issues requiring maintenance to prevent downtime
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment aligned with safety and environmental standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity
  • Operate industrial vehicles and perform minor maintenance and material handling tasks as needed

This position is part of a bargaining unit. Compensation is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement; the starting rate for this role is $33.33 per hour.
