) As the Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations), at Cascades of Grants Pass - The Village, you are responsible for ensuring that the community is well-maintained, attractive, and safe for our residents and staff.
What we look for in a Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations):
  • Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and building
  • Knowledge of fire and safety regulations
  • Ability to work with outside vendors and monitor their work
  • Experience in safe electrical and plumbing repair
  • Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the table
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

What you can expect to do as a Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations):
  • Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
