The Plant Manager for Madisonville is responsible for executing the company's vision and mission through the strategic coordination of all plant resources under the direction of the Vice President of Operations. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations that consistently deliver high-quality products while meeting financial and operational goals.

โ€ข Document, analyze, and report all plant financial and operational trends; maintain positive trends in every aspect of the operation.
