Engineering Supervisor – Structural

An award-winning structural engineering consulting firm is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a talented team while managing high-profile commercial and institutional building projects from concept through construction. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced structural engineer who enjoys mentoring others, building client relationships, and driving technical excellence in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

What You'll Do
  • Lead structural engineering projects from design through construction as Project Manager and/or Engineer of Record.
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Mentor and supervise engineers and technical staff, supporting performance, career development, and resource planning.
  • Oversee design quality, construction documents, RFIs, and technical reviews to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support business development through client engagement, proposal development, recruiting, and strategic planning.
What We're Looking For
  • PE or SE license required.
  • 10–20 years of experience in commercial or institutional building design.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and client-facing experience.
  • Proficiency with Revit and structural design software such as RAM, RISA, Enercalc, Adapt, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
