Full Time, Days

 The Manager of Plant Operations supports the Director of Facilities in overseeing facility operations, construction and renovation projects, utilities, and infrastructure systems. This role is responsible for maintaining the Environment of Care (EOC), Life Safety, and Water Management programs and ensuring ongoing compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC), AHCA, and other regulatory requirements. The Manager of Plant Operations manages vendor relationships, ensures contract compliance, maintains regulatory documentation and EOC binders, and enforces a safe, compliant, and well-maintained hospital environment. This position also leads departmental processes to ensure efficient, reliable, and high-performing operations.

Minimum Education: 

Associate's Degree or five (5) or more years of progressive management experience in facilities, plant operations, engineering, or a related operational environment. Healthcare facilities experience preferred.

Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in facilities, plant operations, engineering, or project management, including team leadership, maintenance and infrastructure oversight, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. Healthcare or similarly regulated environment experience preferred.
