Job description

This is a #hybrid role based in Rogers, AR, requiring in-office collaboration three days per week.

You will lead a team of Space Planning professionals providing project-based support to Category Advisors and Category Captains serving leading CPG manufacturers. This role is primarily focused on Walmart category reviews and the MOD relay process while supporting category management initiatives across multiple retail channels.

You will be responsible for client relationship management, project execution, financial performance, associate development, and business growth. This leader oversees project scoping, resource planning, budgeting, staffing, and delivery while leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions to drive efficiency, quality, and client value.
