Position Summary...The Director, Assortment Activation leads multiple teams responsible for floor plan and modular execution, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of issues. This role drives continuous improvement by analyzing data, recommending strategic solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance business outcomes. The director oversees process enhancements, space planning, and planogram accuracy while fostering a culture of integrity and operational excellence. By partnering with business leaders, this position influences key decisions to maximize value and supports talent development to maintain a skilled, engaged workforce aligned with organizational goals.
About the team:
The Assortment Activation team drives the translation of assortment strategy into precise floorplans and modulars, ensuring consistent and timely execution across stores. This team collaborates cross-functionally to maintain execution governance, improve first-time-right implementation, and reduce rework. By leveraging data, automation, and modern tools, the team accelerates decision-making and enhances operational efficiency. Focused on process improvement and space planning, the team supports scalable store execution aligned with customer demand, delivering business outcomes through strong organizational leadership and effective coordination with merchandising and store operations.   • Oversee multiple floor plan and modular execution teams, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of store-level issues.
  • Analyze project data to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements across teams.

  • Direct modular check-in, error resolution, and planogram updates to maintain operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
