    • Coordinate Digital and POS requirement gathering across all programs in each window, ensuring specs are complete and submitted on time and technical execution aligns to strategic and business intent.
    • Support Communications Strategy: Partner with comms teams on internal, field, and franchisee-facing communications as it relates to national marketing updates. This includes drafting and approving copy for landing pages, memos, FAQs and presentations.
    • Oversee publishing, reporting, and compliance — including process ownership for tracking and collaboration with field for enforcement.
    • Support Measurement & Reporting: Support tracking and reporting of initiatives, compiling executional data and summaries for at-a-glance performance reviews of all programs.
    Qualifications:

    • Strong project management instincts who naturally tracks details, manages timelines, and keeps multiple workstreams moving simultaneously
    • Experience working across cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
    • Familiarity with how promotions work across digital, POS, media, and field channels
