  • Social Media Management:ย Support the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and professional brand messaging.ย 
  • Legal Marketing Research:ย Conduct research on market trends, audience behavior, and immigration-related topics to support content strategy and campaign development.ย 
  • Content Review & Quality Assurance:ย Review and proofread bilingual (English and Chinese/Spanish) content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, particularly when translating or simplifying legal information.ย 
  • Client Engagement Support:ย Monitorย and respond to messages and comments across digital platforms,ย maintainingย a professional and client-focused tone under team guidance.ย 
  • Campaign & Project Coordination:ย Assist in organizing and tracking marketing initiatives, including content calendars, campaign timelines, and project management boards.ย 
  • Video & Media Assistance:ย Support filming, editing, and production of video content, including setting up equipment and preparing materials for distribution across platforms.ย 
  • Administrative Support:ย Assistย with organizing marketing assets,ย maintainingย content libraries, and supporting general marketing operations as needed.ย 
  • Collaboration:ย Work closely with the marketing and legal teams to ensure content aligns with firm messaging, compliance considerations, and client needs.ย

Qualificationsย 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree inย Marketing, Communications, or a related field.ย 
  • Bilingualย proficiencyย in English and Chinese/Spanish (preferred); strong written and verbal communication skillsย required.ย 
  • Interest inย U.S. immigration lawย and enthusiasm for working in a legal services environment.ย 
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content.ย 
  • Experience withย content creation toolsย (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar) and familiarity with social media platforms.ย 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.ย 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.ย 
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or client-related information.ย 
  • Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or professional services environments isย preferred but notย required.ย

  • Time Commitment:ย A minimum commitment ofย 12 weeksย isย required.ย ย 
  • Schedule:ย Flexible scheduling is available, but interns are expected toย maintainย consistent weekly hours to ensure meaningful participation and learning.ย
