Job description

Behavioral Health Care Opportunity

Wonderful opportunity to learn more about the behavioral health care field, clinical work and the continuation of care and to obtain training.

Assist in discharge planning on units as assigned by the Administrative Director of Social Work.

Work with the treatment team and Program Director on the unit to assist in completion of applications and other discharge plans for the patients.

Attend morning report and treatment planning.

Gather necessary documents to complete applications and make appointments, make follow up calls and provide necessary information to outpatient providers.

2 years of college required, Bachelor's preferred, hospital related experience is a plus.

M-F 8:30 to 4:30.

$18.50 starting salary scale. Additional for college degree.
