Job Description:

A multi-faceted financial services firm is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Associate to join their advisory team! This is a very exciting role that will require an experienced analyst to prepare, review, and analyze expense and budgeting data and present in Excel/Microsoft PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will come with 5+ years of experience working with expense-based data analysis, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a good understanding of FP&A.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the annual budget process
  • Data/input collection, upload to the internal system, and validation of all uploads
  • Assist in monthly expense reporting and working with teams to ensure a thorough understanding of spending including transaction detail and identifying miscoded entries.
  • Support other Financial Planning and Analysis team members in developing, building, maintaining and improving models to support the budget process.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance to continue development of automated management reporting
  • Assist with ad hoc requests for data and/or analysis as needed
  • Support non-compensation expense management control process design

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Very strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Compensation:

  • $90,000 - $110,000
