Job description

Our client is currently seeking an IBM Planning Analytics Developer to join their team in Irving, Texas.
Job Info:
  • Design, develop, and maintain IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) models, cubes, dimensions, rules, and Turbo Integrator (TI) processes.
  • Develop scalable planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions using IBM Planning Analytics.
  • Build and optimize multidimensional data models for enterprise performance management.
  • Create and maintain business rules, feeders, subsets, and security models.
  • Design interactive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations using Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW).
  • Develop executive and operational reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
  • Implement self-service analytics capabilities through PAW books and workspaces.
  • Optimize PAW performance and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting, planning, and analysis solutions using Planning Analytics for Excel (PafE).
  • Create dynamic reports, input templates, and financial models.
  • Support end users with complex Excel integrations and reporting requirements.
  • Migrate legacy Perspectives reports to PafE where applicable.
  • Design and develop ETL processes using Turbo Integrator (TI).
  • Integrate Planning Analytics with ERP, Data Warehouse, and other enterprise systems.
  • Manage data loads, transformations, reconciliations, and validations.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across planning solutions.
Required Skills
  • 5+years of Strong experience with IBM Planning Analytics / TM1.
  • 5+years of Strong Experience with Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) development.
  • 5+years of Experience with Planning Analytics for Excel (PafE).
  • 5+years of Strong knowledge of data modeling and multidimensional databases.
  • 5+years of Experience with Planning Analytics administration and performance tuning.
  • Understanding of Planning Analytics REST APIs and integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics integration.
  • Experience in IBM cloud-based Planning Analytics environments.
  • Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud deployments.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare domains.
  • Preferred Certifications
  • IBM Certified Planning Analytics Developer
  • IBM Certified Planning Analytics Analyst
  • IBM Cognos / Analytics related certifications

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $88.19 to $104.79. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
