We're looking for a Global Planner who is passionate about supply chain excellence and thrives in a fast-paced international environment. In this highly visible role, you'll help ensure the right products reach customers around the globe by balancing demand, inventory, and logistics across our consumables business, including our industry-leading GRIPTIP® product line.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Inventory & Planning: Manage inventory targets for direct sales locations across Europe and Asia, executing daily reviews, demand forecasting, and backorder tracking.
  • Logistics & Shipments: Schedule US-origin air and sea shipments, maximizing ocean freight volume for cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with US and international Logistics, Customer Service, Product Management, Regional Sales, and Finance to align product flow with demand.
  • GRIPTIP Product Ownership: Lead global execution, safety stock levels, inventory turns, and on-time/in-full delivery for GRIPTIP product lines.
  • Lifecycle & Systems Management: Coordinate NPI (New Product Introductions) and legacy product phase-outs; maintain accurate planning triggers and demand data within the ERP system.
  • Continuous Improvement & Growth: Drive initiatives to optimize global inventory processes, intercompany supply chain efficiency, and core KPIs (inventory turns, coverage, on-time delivery).

Qualifications:

  • Education: BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in Material Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
  • ERP Proficiency: Required (Infor LN experience preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional international communication skills, strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities, and a proven process orientation.
  • Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).
