This is not a start-from-scratch associate position.
You'll be joining an established specialty practice reporting:

• Approximately $2 million in annual practice production
• Approximately $15,000 in current doctor production per clinical day
• 100% fee-for-service patient base
• Approximately 80% case acceptance
• Approximately 3-week wait for new patients

You can spend your time practicing periodontics-not trying to manufacture patient flow or build a referral network from zero.

The practice has developed a high-level referral base of general dentists throughout the Tucson market, creating consistent specialty demand and a new-patient wait that currently extends approximately three weeks.

Practice Comprehensive Surgical Periodontics
This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants to practice meaningful, comprehensive specialty dentistry.
Current capabilities include:

• Periodontal surgery
• Dental implant placement
• Surgical extractions
• Bone grafting
• Sinus lifts
• Implant-related procedures
• Full-mouth rehabilitation
• IV sedation
• Complex interdisciplinary treatment planning

The incoming Periodontist will have the opportunity to perform periodontal surgery, oral surgery, and implant dentistry within an established specialty environment.
The practice is equipped with a Planmeca CBCT, digital radiography, surgical monitoring equipment, BioHorizons implant systems, and instrumentation and prosthetic kits supporting several additional implant systems.
A third-party anesthesia provider is also available when appropriate.
A Four-Day Clinical Week
Build an exceptional specialty career without giving up your life outside the practice.
The anticipated schedule is:
Monday-Thursday
Approximately 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
Routine Friday clinical hours are not currently part of the schedule.
Evening and weekend coverage is generally limited to emergencies.
For the right clinician, this provides the ability to build substantial production while maintaining a highly attractive four-day workweek.
