We are looking to fill a full-time, permanent position at our Oppenheim (near Mainz) location as soon as possible.

As a leading German manufacturer of IT security solutions, we protect IoT/OT infrastructures with our software and enable highly secure remote access. As part of our Consulting team, you will support and advise our customers, create custom plans, implement our products on-site, and train administrators in using our software.

Your responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive consulting to our customers throughout the entire project lifecycle—from pre-sales to implementation
  • Plan and implement our PKI solution, the ECOS TrustManagementAppliance, and deliver product training either on-site or at our headquarters
  • Communicate professionally and ensure proactive follow-up on all consulting-related topics
  • Transfer knowledge to Support, Helpdesk, and Sales teams
  • Report feature requests and usability questions to our Development team
  • Set up and maintain test environments
  • Support Technical Documentation in expanding our knowledge base
  • Act as an interface between customers, Sales, and Development
Your profile
  • Relevant professional experience with PKI and/or in IoT/OT environments (e.g., instrumentation and control systems or medical technology)
  • Experience in support and/or technical consulting, as well as in professional customer communication
  • A strong interest in learning and working with complex topics
  • Willingness to travel regularly and support customers on-site
  • Interest in advanced IT security solutions and the ability to apply this in developing customer-specific concepts
  • Independent working style combined with strong analytical and service-oriented thinking
  • A careful and detail-oriented approach to your work
  • Ideally, you also have expertise in one or more of the following areas:
    • Linux operating systems and related tools
    • Network configuration, protocols, and routing
    • Experience working with REST APIs
  • You ideally hold a degree in IT, a completed vocational training in IT, or a comparable qualification.
