JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the quality, quantity, and timeliness of pizza station menu production, preparing food

in accordance with Parkhurst recipes, standards, and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes. Produce one (or more) specialty pizza(s) each service period.

2. Stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza.

3. Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout

the service periods.

4. Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner. Use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.

5. Produce pizza dough daily.

6. Ensure proper line presentation: proper pans are used, pans are garnished, proper utensils

are used according to recipe specifications, and food products are maintained at the proper

serving temperatures as specified by recipes or management.

7. Complete daily production sheets.

8. Store and date all food items properly.

9. Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using “clean as you go” techniques.

10. Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and

supplies needed.

11. Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.

12. Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards.

13. Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.

14. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
