Responsibilities
  • Prepare and assemble high-quality pizzas following our recipes and standards
  • Operate and maintain wood-fired pizza ovens, ensuring proper temperature and cooking times
  • Monitor and rotate pizza dough to maintain freshness and quality
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient execution of pizza orders
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment
  • Collaborate with other culinary team members to develop new pizza flavors and specials

Qualifications
  • Must be able to speak clearly and understand basic English to facilitate the communication process.
