Job description

We are looking for a kitchen team member who can work afternoon (4pm to 12am) and late night (7pm to 3am) shifts on weekends. This is not a kitchen position that requires previous experience. We just need a good attitude and a willingness to learn. The ability to curate a dope playlist is bonus points. Think of how impressed your friends will be when you can toss out a pizza like they have seen on TV! 

Summary of Position:
Accurately and efficiently toss pizza dough, prepare pepperoni rolls, calzones, pokey sticks, and other hot food products. Prepare and portion food products before cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final preparation including plating, boxing, and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Know and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. (We will teach you.)
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
  • Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
  • Answering the phone & taking call-in customer orders.
  • Communicate with the team working with you.

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel.
