Pizza Factory is hiring a Shift Lead to help manage daily operations and support the team during busy shifts. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and providing great customer service, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and support the team during shifts
  • Ensure great customer service and food quality
  • Assist with opening, closing, and daily checklists
  • Help prepare food, serve guests, and manage orders
  • Follow cash handling and POS procedures
