Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assist with lane assignments.
  • Process bowling, shoe rental, food, and beverage purchases.
  • Answer phones and assist with reservations and customer questions.
  • Help with parties, events, and daily operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and dependable.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
