Job description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Project Coordinator & Data Analysis Support Specialist to work on site in the USPS offices in Merrifield, VA office. This position requires project management experience with knowledge of data analytics to support the USPS Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Engineering project team. The candidate will drive metrics and coordinate project workflows, serving as the critical communication bridge to ensure nationwide telematics development, track deployment metrics, and mitigate risks.
Note: Candidates must be able to obtain a USPS Public Trust Clearance. This requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status (Green Card), and the ability to pass a stringent background check.
Responsibilities include:
  • Deployment Dashboards: Monthly interactive Power BI (or similar) dashboards mapping PIV telematics rollout progress, usage telemetry, and operational uptime.
  • Predictive Analytics Models: Documentation and data models identifying potential vehicle maintenance bottlenecks or deployment delays.
  • Project Governance Reports: Risk registers, tracking metrics, and weekly status briefs delivered via PowerPoint and OneNote.

This position requires the ability to work four days per week, onsite, at USPS location in Merrifield, VA.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in IT coordination, business analysis, or Agile/Predictive project management.
  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Visio, Teams).
  • Proficient in building interactive, real-time Power BI (or similar) dashboards for KPI tracking.
  • Capable of performing full-spectrum data analytics:
    • Descriptive (what happened)
    • Diagnostic (why it happened)
    • Predictive (what will happen)
    • Prescriptive (what actions to take)
  • Possesses project management experience, focusing on execution and daily operations.
  • Capable of rigorous project tracking (schedule, milestones, etc.) and proactive risk identification.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to multitask in a dynamic engineering environment.
  • Strong communication skills, specifically the ability to translate complex data and IT-related concepts into actionable insights for non-technical staff and leadership.
