What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate pit loader safely and efficiently to load haul trucks with raw materials

  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

  • Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies or hazards

  • Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
