Job description

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Establish individual and team sales goals and monitor progress toward achieving targets.
  • Manage sales activities, pipeline development, and customer follow-up through CRM tools.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and business partners.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to support sales initiatives and customer success.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fuel and lubricants industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven success in sales, business development, or account management roles.
  • Previous leadership or sales management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and pipeline management.
  • Experience utilizing CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop forecasts, and make sound business decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed to meet customers and support business growth.
