Job Summary
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and improve hiring quality
  • Build candidate pipelines using networking, sourcing, and market intelligence
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and hiring standards
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
  • Track recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and talent market trends
  • Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders on hiring projects and workforce planning
  • Mentor recruiters and support recruiting process improvements
  • Handle complex recruiting activities independently with minimal supervision

Required Skills
  • Experience in agency and corporate recruiting
  • Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes
