What You'll Do

   Support production of concrete pipe from setup through shipment
   Set up and prepare pipe molds (clean, assemble, apply release agents)
   Place reinforcing materials (steel cages, wire) per specifications
   Assist with concrete pouring using mixers, buckets, or automated equipment
   Support curing process and strip finished pipe from molds
   Perform basic finishing (patching, smoothing, sealing joints)
   Operate or assist with vibration/compaction equipment
   Move and stage materials and finished products for curing or shipment
   Keep work area clean and organized
   Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

What You'll Need

   Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and kneeling) for extended periods
   Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
   Availability for overtime, including weekends as needed
   Ability to work well on a team to meet production goals
   Basic math and reading skills (measurements, simple drawings)
   Attention to detail and commitment to safety
   Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
   Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred
