About this Role
The Comtran Group, Inc. is looking for a Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Entry level to Experienced). This position reports to the Fleet Manager and will repair various types of vehicles and equipment. What You'll Do
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy construction equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance and service work
  • Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components,
  • Maintain equipment and fleet vehicles to maximize uptime and safety
  • Complete work orders and maintain records
  • Work in the shop and occasionally in the field
