About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Pipelayer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll install and maintain underground water, sewer, and gas pipeline systems while ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and according to project specifications.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and wants to build expertise while contributing to critical infrastructure projects that serve communities and industries.
What You'll Do
  • Lay pipe for water, gas, and sewer systems, ensuring proper alignment, grade, and elevation.
  • Prepare trenches and work areas for pipe installation activities.
  • Handle, position, and secure pipe materials using hand tools, construction equipment, and machinery.
  • Collaborate with operators, laborers, foremen, and other team members to complete pipeline projects safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret construction plans, grade stakes, and project specifications.
  • Inspect installed pipe systems to verify proper placement and compliance with project requirements.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
  • Identify and report potential hazards, quality concerns, or project issues.
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Position Requirements
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a Pipelayer or in underground utility construction.
  • Strong knowledge of pipe materials, installation methods, trenching practices, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and project specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Proven commitment to working safely in dynamic construction environments.
  • Reliable attendance and dependability in meeting project schedules.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Ability to meet all physical requirements of the role, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, climbing, and prolonged standing.
  • Must be able to perform duties in noisy, dusty, and physically demanding environments.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Willingness to climb, work at heights, and work in confined spaces when required.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support project schedules.
  • Ability to pass required pre-access drug and alcohol testing, fit-for-duty medical evaluations, and background checks.
