Job description

We're looking for mechanically inclined Pipefitters or Millwrights who are eager to support critical energy infrastructure projects. This hands-on field role will focus on the disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of isophase bus systems at hydroelectric facilities. You'll be part of a growing team that values safety, reliability, and quality work.
What You'll Do:
  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble isophase bus duct systems and related components
  • Assist with equipment teardown, inspection, and rebuild processes
  • Support maintenance and refurbishment activities on large electrical/mechanical systems
  • Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and senior technicians
  • Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition
  • Adhere to all job site safety protocols and PPE requirements
  • Work collaboratively with field teams to meet project timelines
  • Perform general mechanical tasks, including lifting, aligning, and positioning components
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

The Experience We're Looking For:
  • Experience as a Pipefitter, Millwright, or similar mechanical role preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude (ability to take apart and reassemble equipment)
  • Experience working in industrial or construction environments is a plus
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and work in a team setting
  • Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems

Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to work project-based schedules with potential consecutive project phases
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
  • Ability to climb stairs and work in physically demanding environments
  • Comfortable working in industrial settings, including power plants or dams
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor
  • Authorized to work in the United States
