HIRING:
National Apartment Maintenance Crew Technician (EPA Certified) to join our FAMILY. This position would entail traveling with a small team throughout the U.S. for Monarch helping out at our apartment communities in several states. 75% out of state travel is to be expected. This is an amazing chance to grow your career with an excellent company. PAY:
We pay up to $25.00 per hour
plus we offer $50.00 additional per day/per diem on travel days for food and beverage, 2 weeks on & 1 week off schedule.



SCHEDULE:
Two-weeks on, one-week off. 10-hours days Monday through Saturday, off Sunday, 10-hour days Monday through Friday. 110 hours in a two-week period.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Maintaining property grounds
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
  • VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

Requirements:

  • Dry walling, including painting and carpentry
  • Plumbing, including sweating copper pipe
  • Electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
  • Troubleshooting appliance problems, including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
  • HVAC and/or boiler systems experience and EPA Certification
  • Water heaters, both electric and gas

 
A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.
This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Valid driver's license required.
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
