We are currently seeking an experienced New York Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Claims Adjuster to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the investigation, evaluation, and management of New York No-Fault/PIP claims while ensuring compliance with New York state regulations and claim handling requirements.

What You'll Do
  • Investigate and manage New York PIP/No-Fault claims from inception through closure.
  • Review medical documentation, treatment plans, wage loss claims, and related expenses.
  • Evaluate claim exposure and establish appropriate reserves.
  • Coordinate with medical providers, attorneys, insureds, claimants, and vendors.
  • Identify and address potential fraud indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with New York No-Fault regulations, statutory timelines, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely claim documentation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively managing claim outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of New York PIP/No-Fault claims handling experience.
  • Strong understanding of New York No-Fault laws, regulations, and fee schedules.
  • Active adjuster's license preferred, if applicable.
  • Experience reviewing medical bills, treatment records, and wage loss claims.
  • Excellent investigation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and claims management software.
