Si ha estado proporcionando trabajo de pintura profesional por su cuenta y prefiere un ingreso estable y utilizar sus talentos y habilidades de pintura, complete la solicitud. El candidato ideal es un profesional de la pintura al que le encanta trabajar solo o con un equipo para proyectos de repintado de interiores y exteriores. Deben tener la capacidad fisica para realizar las funciones del trabajo, lo que incluye realizar movimientos repetitivos, estar de pie por periodos prolongados, levantar objetos pesados, subir escaleras y escaleras, etc. El candidato tambien debe tener su propio vehiculo para transportar equipos y suministros de pintura.

RESPONSABILIDADES

Comprender y ejecutar ordenes de trabajo de manera oportuna y profesional.

Crea ordenes de cambio para trabajos adicionales solicitados por el cliente.

Trabaja con Project Manager desde el principio hasta la finalizacion de cada proyecto.

Mantiene areas de trabajo limpias y organizadas y almacena de forma segura equipos y suministros.

Inspecciona el trabajo para obtener la mas alta calidad.

Seguimiento del tiempo para el calculo preciso de salarios y costos de trabajo.

Mantiene una estricta atencion a los detalles cuando trabaja en la propiedad del cliente.

Sigue todas las politicas y procedimientos de seguridad.

Asegura que la documentacion requerida este completa y en cumplimiento con los reglamentos y normas.

CALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS

Habilidades de pintura y conocimiento de herramientas y equipos de pintura.

Habilidades de mantenimiento que incluyen carpinteria (reparacion de paneles de yeso y texturizado) tanto para interiores como para exteriores.
