  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for scheduled shifts are required.<\/li>
  • DOT Certification is necessary, or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months.<\/li>
  • Minimum Education requirement is a GED or higher.<\/li>
  • Experience operating forklifts and bobcats is advantageous.<\/li>
  • Knowledge of sandblasting and industrial construction is a plus.<\/li>
  • Successful completion of a drug screening is mandatory during onboarding.<\/li>
  • A background check is required.<\/li>
  • Preferred qualifications include industrial sandblasting, industrial coating, and commercial painting experience.<\/li>
  • Candidates should have strong time management, communication skills, and attention to detail.<\/li>
  • Candidates must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and have physical strength and dexterity.<\/li>
  • 2+ years of work experience and completed an apprenticeship is preferred, but not required<\/li>
  • Knowledge of basic painting materials and tools is preferred, but we will provide training.<\/li><\/ul>

      • Perform tasks in confined spaces, at heights, and in elevators.<\/li>
      • Handle chemicals and other hazardous materials while on the job.<\/li>
      • Be willing to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays based on client and business demands.<\/li>
      • Overtime opportunities are available according to business requirements.<\/li>
      • Be prepared for potential out-of-town travel with transportation, accommodation, and per diem provided.<\/li>
      • The ability to lift 100 pounds or more is necessary.<\/li>
      • Adhere to all safety regulations on-site.<\/li>
      • Must be able to follow instructions effectively and be receptive to feedback.<\/li>
      • Communicate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on the right approach<\/li>
      • Match and mix paint to job specifications.<\/li>
      • Cover trim, fixtures, furniture, and floors to protect them from paint.<\/li>
      • Assemble scaffolding when required.<\/li>
      • Fill holes and cracks with putty, and sand away old paint to prepare surfaces for painting.<\/li><\/ul>
