Job description

Duties

This position assists with the management of the hiring process. Duties include coordinating candidate interviews, scheduling candidate travel, and the onboarding process. The successful candidate will provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team as needed, including requisition and candidate tracking, new employee orientation, and managing candidate relationships. This role performs a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks and could support areas such as employee records, benefits, staffing, and compensation. An essential responsibility of the role is to maintain accurate employee data in the applicant tracking system and Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP), and employee's official Human Resources (HR) records. The successful candidate will effectively interface with individuals in all levels of the organization.

Education:

High school diploma, or equivalent and 2 years of experience.

Work Environment / Physical Demands:

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Light to moderate lifting may be required for packages and other items, ability to walk short distances, may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Due to government and/or federal regulations for this position, proof of U.S. citizenship is required.
