We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Nurse to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of patient care, ensuring medical safety while fostering a therapeutic environment built on trust and professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide medical assessments tailored to patients in various stages of recovery and withdrawal.
  • De-escalation & Crisis Management: Utilize strong verbal de-escalation skills to manage challenging behaviors and maintain a calm, safe environment for both patients and staff.
  • Clinical Documentation: Maintain consistent, accurate, and timely electronic health records (EHR). Your documentation will be the backbone of our clinical compliance and patient progress tracking.
  • Professional Boundaries: Maintain a high standard of professional ethics, ensuring clear boundaries are established and upheld within the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
