The Responsibilities: As the top spot to the property leadership team, the General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the property. Job Requirements

The Requirements: Minimum of two years experience as a hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager with the strong ability to:

  • Develop and monitor all revenue and sales opportunities.
  • Monitor costs and adjust according to market conditions.
  • Manage, train and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, revenue, and expenses.
