• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate extensively with interdisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists to deliver comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress notes, treatment plans, and session summaries in alignment with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Pinnacle, you will work with a diverse client population dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. The ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds and lifestyles is essential in providing effective counseling and support.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field is a prerequisite for this position.
• Possession of a valid and active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in autonomous counseling practice, exhibiting sound judgment and effective therapy techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to forge trustful relationships with clients.
• Strong proficiency in computer systems and clinical software, including telehealth platforms necessary for remote service delivery.

• Previous experience working within an outpatient setting, particularly through a telehealth framework, is advantageous.
• A background in trauma-informed care or specialized therapy modalities is highly favored.
• Experience in crisis intervention and case management is a plus.
