What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of our store! You will create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while keeping our sales floor looking immaculate. Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming Families: Greet customers warmly, explain our store layout and current promotions, and help parents find exactly what they need.
  • Boutique Merchandising: Process, tag, hang, and organize clothing and items by size, category, and color to keep the floor beautifully curated.
  • Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently operate the cash register to ring up sales, upsell, promote our loyalty program, and provide a speedy, accurate checkout experience.
  • Floor & Fitting Room Care: Keep the retail floor, displays, and dressing rooms flawlessly clean, run "go-backs," and reset hanger appeal.
