Education & Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s or masterโ€™s degree in accounting or related field.
  • 2+ years of public accounting experience.
  • CPA eligibility/license preferred.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong background in tax compliance across multiple entity types.
  • Experience in tax return preparation and review; project leadership preferred.

Core Competencies

  • Digital fluency, including ability to learn and navigate CCH Axcess Tax.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20% annually).
  • Desire to work in a progressive, innovation-driven environment.
