• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries in a home care setting.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans utilizing a combination of advanced therapeutic techniques, such as exercise regimens, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adapting treatment strategies to align with evolving therapeutic goals.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding home exercises, proper body mechanics, and effective use of assistive devices.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary health teams to ensure a cohesive treatment approach and the attainment of optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, reading current literature, and participating in relevant professional organizations.

In this role, you will have a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors, each presenting unique challenges and requiring tailored approaches. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing their recovery process, boosting their autonomy, and enabling them to achieve a higher quality of life through focused and compassionate interventions.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.
