Job description

Description:

To sell and service Pine Hall Brick manufactured brick and related masonry products to customers through the Greensboro Showroom. Work as part of the team to make PHB easy to do business with and the preferred choice of contractors and homeowners for all their masonry needs.

Requirements:


·  Provide efficient, friendly, knowledgeable service to all customers at all times.

·  Work with all other staff to meet the customer needs.

·  Work directly on a daily basis with Assistant Showroom Mgr, Showroom Sales Reps, Delivery Driver for the showroom, forklift drivers/utility. Additionally, work with outside sales rep, customer service, delivery drivers and accounting personnel.

·  Maintain a clean and organized showroom with current brick samples.

·  Maintain reasonable quantities of inventory and resell products at all times on the brickyard.

·  Answer the telephone in a timely manner and return all calls from the voicemail.


Educational, Experience, & Skill Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree in a business related area preferred. Associates degree or minimum of 3 years directly related business experience is accepted.

·  Excellent practical math and strong computer skills in order entry and Word preferred.

·  Organizational skills required and the ability to communicate professionally with individuals from all backgrounds.  


Physical Requirements

·  Regularly required to sit, stand, talk, walk, see and hear.

·  Must be able to at least lift 38 lbs.

·  Hardhat required when in the manufacturing plant.

·  Required to travel to job sites and vendors locations.


Work Schedule

Work your scheduled hours to allow the Showroom and yard to always be open Monday -Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm and Fridays from 7:30am – 1:00pm.
