-   Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible pain management physician
-   Accepted Training Pathways: PM&R or Anesthesiology
-   Required: Pain Management Fellowship (ACGME Accredited) 
-   Outpatient Only
-   Interventional Pain Procedures and Medication Management 
-   Procedures are done at a local Surgical Center
