THE ROLE
We're seeking an experienced, people-focused leader to oversee studio sales, operations, the client experience, and our Front Desk Team. You'll partner directly with the Owner to drive business growth, develop staff, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive sales, membership growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Own the client journey from first inquiry through long-term membership.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Front Desk Team.
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflows.
  • Build trusted client relationships and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Track KPIs and implement continuous improvements.
  • Execute local marketing and community outreach.
  • Partner with the Owner on strategic initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in sales, operations, hospitality, wellness, or another client-focused business.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and leading teams.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • CRM, scheduling, and marketing platform experience (Mindbody a plus).
  • Passion for health, wellness, and client service.
