ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Lead Educator, you'll be more than just an instructor. You'll be a leader, mentor, and ambassador for Pilates Addiction. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch a brand-new studio and play an important role in creating an incredible member experience from day one.

You'll lead engaging classes, support fellow educators, assist with studio operations, and represent Pilates Addiction at community events before and after our grand opening. If you're passionate about fitness, love building relationships, and want to help build something from the ground up, we'd love to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Teaching & Member Experience

• Lead safe, energetic, and engaging reformer and mat Pilates classes.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for every member.
• Provide modifications and progressions for all fitness levels.
• Build meaningful relationships with members and create a welcoming community.
• Uphold Pilates Addiction teaching standards and class quality.

Leadership

• Lead by example and help create a positive studio culture.
• Mentor and support new educators as they complete training.
• Assist with educator onboarding, shadowing, and coaching.
• Collaborate with studio leadership to maintain consistency across all classes.
• Help identify opportunities to improve the member experience.

Studio Operations

• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed.
• Help keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for classes.
• Support scheduling needs and help cover classes when available.
• Work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Community Events

• Represent Pilates Addiction at local pop-up classes, community events, and promotional opportunities.
• Help introduce new members to the Pilates Addiction experience.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and execution.
• Be an enthusiastic ambassador for the brand both inside and outside the studio.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Pilates certification and willingness to complete Pilates Addiction's training program.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

• Minimum commitment of 8 to 10 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to assist with 1 to 3 community events each month.
• Ability to support studio needs before and after opening.
