The DuPont Country Club, nestled within the rolling hills of the historic Brandywine Valley, is one of the premier venues to promote leisure activities through championship caliber golf courses, state of the art tennis facilities, pools and an updated fitness center. Elegantly decorated rooms, magnificent natural surroundings, customized event planning and impeccable service make any event at the DuPont Country Club truly a special occasion.

The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a part-time Pilates Instructor to join our team. This individual will provide a high-quality service that can meet the needs of advanced, intermediate, and beginner clients through well-structured client needs and programming. They must have experience in small and large group training. This qualified candidate will also be responsible for coverage of his/her classes and have excellent communication skills.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Coach small and large group class.
  • Ability to demonstrate all movements/positions.
  • Offer modifications that range from beginner to advanced.
  • Responsible for class coverage.
  • Responsible for clocking in and out.
  • Responsible to safety and cleanliness.
  • Show positive and encouraging energy.

The successful candidate will have/be:
  • Current CPR/AED Certification required
  • 2+ years work experience as pilates/group fitness instructor preferred
  • Certified Pilates Instructor or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, energetic, fit and well thought out programming routines.
  • GED or greater
