About the Role:
Pilates Addiction Greenwood Village is looking for a passionate and motivated Pilates Instructor to join our growing studio community in Greenwood Village, CO. If you love helping clients move better, feel stronger, and transform their lives through the power of Pilates, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Lead engaging and safe group Pilates classes and/or private sessions for clients of varying skill levels
  • Design and cue effective Pilates programming using Reformer, mat, and other apparatus equipment
  • Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate individual client needs and goals
  • Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and studio growth
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
  • Stay current with Pilates methodology, continuing education, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with studio staff to support a positive team culture
Requirements:
  • Certified Pilates Instructor through a recognized program (STOTT, BASI, Peak Pilates, or equivalent)
  • Experience teaching group Reformer classes and/or private sessions preferred
  • Strong cueing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
