As our Pickleball Experience Manager, you wonโ€™t be behind a desk. Youโ€™ll be on the courts, on the floor, and in the middle of the action โ€” getting to know every member by name, rallying new faces through the door, and turning first-time visitors into lifelong regulars. Youโ€™ll produce events and tournaments that the community talks about, organize fundraisers that give back and build goodwill, and create a club culture so electric that members canโ€™t wait to bring their friends. If youโ€™re energized by people, passionate about pickleball, and hungry to grow something special โ€” this is your role.


1. PURPOSE

โ€ข Drive ancillary revenue through pickleball programming and experience.

โ€ข Act as an ambassador for the club, fostering relationships with all members.

โ€ข Oversee the organization and execution of internal and external events, tournaments, and social offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS
