Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, assembling, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory integrity. Team members rotate through multiple warehouse functions, including assembly, receiving, field returns, and shipping, to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare outbound shipments by assembling, packing, labeling, and protecting products.
  • Pick and stage customer orders accurately for shipment.
  • Process shipping and receiving documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform daily inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
  • Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Use warehouse management software to locate, track, and process inventory.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment by reporting damage or maintenance needs.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Assist with warehouse security and general housekeeping.
  • Support other warehouse operations and special projects as assigned.
