Workers in these roles ensure that orders are accurately fulfilled, items are undamaged, and shipments are properly labeled. These positions are commonly found in logistics, e-commerce, and retail distribution centers and require attention to detail, efficiency, and sometimes the ability to lift and move heavy packages. Picking and packing are essential parts of the supply chain process that help companies deliver products to customers quickly and accurately.
