Picking and Packing Associate $13.00 hr

Responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ensures products are handled with care, inventory is maintained, and orders meet quality and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick items from shelves or storage areas based on order lists.
  • Inspect products for quality, damage, and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
  • Label packages with correct shipping information.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

         Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints,
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move packages (up to 50lbs).
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Past Auto Parts Store experience a plus
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in picking & packing
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
